This is a required two week course designed for those unfamiliar with CrossFit. It is an opportunity to get to know you, prepare you for classes and introduce the CrossFit methodology.

Youth Classes

How important is it to learn how to move at a young age? it is invaluable.

In these classes, Kids and Teens learn how to move functionally. Our coaches teach correct movement introducing light lifting, gymnastics and conditioning. Equipment such as kettle bells, medballs, dumbbells, PVC pipes and light barbells, rowing, etc are used based on how well the movements are performed. Scaling is used heavily which is dependent on fitness level and proper movement patterns. Kids will learn foundations in fitness that will stay with them for a lifetime.

*Placement of kids is ultimately set by the coaches not their ages.

*CrossFit Kids will be assigned days and can attend 2 classes per week.
