Our group classes have balanced workouts that are programmed with specific skills in mind. In these classes Coaches still give you one on one attention helping to modify the movements and workout to your fitness level. We help you understand the why behind the movements and how to approach the workout to get the most out of each class for you. Everything is based around an 8 week cycle which includes progressions and testing progress. This is where we do fitness as a community.
Everyone has things they need to be working on individually and this is the time to do it. During the available hours, RSVP to class and get to work on past workouts you missed , prescriptions assigned by a coach or spend some quality time doing maintenance work.
On a rotating schedule limited attendees can sign up for specialty programs such as Olympic Lifting, Endurance, Gymnastics, Rowing etc.
