Go when you do not want to

It’s the times something comes up in your schedule and you have an easy excuse but instead you say “it is a priority to invest in my health consistently!”. The important thing it is the word consistency. It is just how progress works.! When you pursue something and stick with it there are rewards; otherwise there is disappointment. When you dabble and have no intentionality or commitment, you will go nowhere and start to feel like it doesn’t work. It’s easy to come when you want to. Go when you don’t want to because that is where the rewards are!
